LED - or Light Emitting Diode - is an innovative photo-therapy device that uses low-level wavelengths of light to rejuvenate the skin at a cellular level. The LED lights penetrate deep into skin cells, enhancing their functions and stimulating blood flow. Different wavelengths of light (i.e., red, blue, yellow) have targeted effects to treat skin concerns, such as Anti-aging, Rosacea, Inflammation, Pigmentation, Acne, and Scar reduction.
We offer LED sessions as a 15-minute facial add-on to speed up the healing process, reduce redness and downtime, and accelerate results. For that extra boost, we also offer a stand-alone 45 minute treatment which includes a facial cleanse, 30 minutes of LED that supports collagen production, increases elastin, improves skin tone, and firms the skin, followed by the application of a targeted serum and moisturiser.
Consultations for LED therapy sessions are recommended for clients who are new to the Natural Skin Spa.
